Returns & Refunds Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and customer service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Please note:
- Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@bdsuppliers.com or call us at 096391-56705. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the item was defective or incorrect, a full refund including any shipping fees will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bdsuppliers.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
